On 12 December, at the Georgian-American School “Progress”, Assistant Professor Darina Mskhaladze from BAU International University Batumi delivered a public lecture entitled “Tips for Successful Communication”.

The conference covered effective communication strategies and practical approaches that help create a positive impression, build trust, and strengthen professional relationships. Particular emphasis was placed on empathy, ethical communication, confidentiality, and the importance of non-verbal communication.

The session was conducted in an interactive format. Students worked in groups, actively participated in discussions, and independently analysed the topics presented, supporting the practical application of theoretical knowledge.
